My email has bounced back saying its too big. Whats the message size limit. My mail with attachments was 18mb

Keep the originals and send a smaller version of it/them, about 1MB, for it will be easier to handle.

seems unclear. you do allow film shooters the margin of uncertainty as to the date, but not the digital shooters? is "shooting date" the only required exif info?

nover did i claim to have such a solution at hand. i simply want to know which information you consider necessary in the exif. date is enough?
keeping aside that it is quite easy to freely 'adjust' exif, including the date...

Yes, but we are counting on fairness on behalf of the contestants.
We always do, remember that at all time one deviant can use relatives or friends for some shots... It's all in the fairness. Not towards the others, but towards oneself.
Yes, date is the important part.
